Lancaster Vodka Masterclass,

Swiss Collins

  

Xellent vodka is the first vodka from Switzerland, because until 1999, the Swiss government prohibited the distillation of grains and potatoes. It perfectly combines with fresh strawberry and white chocolate (from Switzerland, of course!)

 

ingredients

50ml Xellent vodka

25 ml Creme de Chocolat Blanc (white chocolate liqueur)

3 fresh strawberries

15 ml fresh lemon juice

 

method

muddle the strawberries in a Boston glass;

add all remaining ingredients along with plenty of cubed ice;

shake firmly and double strain into a cognac glass full of crushed ice

 

garnish

white chocolate shavings
