Lancaster Vodka Masterclass,

Wyborowa Café Frappé

Created for the Wyborowa Annual Bartender Companion 2007

 

ingredients

30 ml Wyborowa Almond

30 ml Wyborowa

10 ml Kahlua

30 ml half & half

50 ml espresso

20 ml double cream to float

   

method

place all ingredients in a Boston glass 3/4 full of cubed ice;

shake vigorously and strain into a sling glass 3/4 full of cushed ice;

add more crushed ice if needed and float double cream

 

garnish

3 coffee beans
